Mid-Year 2022 Update

As we move through 2022 we are blessed to have so many wonderful projects nearing completion and great new projects on the horizon. So I thought I'd take a few minutes and show everyone what has been going on with our designs across the North Country.

First, we're delighted that TrailNorth Federal Credit Union's administrative building is nearing completion. This project represents a few years of wonderful collaboration with the bank and its administration in developing a new building to house their administration and training facilities. Included will be multiple offices, support facilities, a break room, and a full training and conference room. We look forward to working with TrailNorth in the future and we are so happy that they will soon be into their new headquarters.

Second, we are extremely excited that the Northwoods Community Family Housing development is nearing completion. This development is an 80 unit, mixed income housing project with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as a full community building and support facilities. The project is the culmination of nearly 5 years partnership with Housing Visions Consultants, Inc. to provide upscale living at affordable prices. Located minutes walk from Champlain Centre Mall and the surrounding commercial district this housing project will serve the community for the foreseeable future. We couldn't be more pleased with the look and design of this project and we hope the future residents love it too!

In addition to the great projects above we have had a plethora of wonderful work in residential housing design, as well as additional commercial and government projects. The Plattsburgh City Hall window replacement project combined modern thermal windows with historically accurate looking design.
