Fire DepartmentsAEDA Specializes in Fire Station Design, both in renovations of existing facilities and in new construction design. In the past 10 years AEDA has designed several new stations in New York and designed renovations and additions to several others. Our most recent design for the "Tupper Lake Emergency Services Building" is was completed in the Fall of 2015 and combines both Police and Fire Station Services.

Multi-Family ResidentialAEDA is a regional leader in affordable housing and multi-family residential design. We have developed relationships with both Affordable Housing Unlimited and Clinton County Advocacy Resource Center. We believe that affordable housing can incorporate aesthetic qualities in addition to their function. Everyone deserves a home they can take pride in.

IndustrialAEDA's industrial project partners include Schluter Systems, UPS and The Development Corporation. We have hundreds of thousands of Square Feet of industrial manufacturing and warehouse design, and much of our business in industrial facilities comes as repeat business. We also have participated in LEED certified industrial design and endeavor to help reduce costs while providing functional and attractive buildings.

EducationAEDA is a regional leader in projects for Education and we are constantly striving to improve school facilities. We have strong ties to Plattsburgh State University for ongoing design and engineering, and we take pride in making education a priority.

We happily work with customers at all levels of residential work, from renovations and additions to full custom homes. We work side by side with home owners to provide designs at every budget and we help our customers visualize the project with realistic renderings and comprehensive construction documents.

GovernmentAEDA maintains close relations with numerous local government agencies and has designed a number of projects across Northern NY. In 2014 AEDA began an ongoing design contract with Clinton County Buildings & Grounds for design work across the county's various properties, and in 2017 AEDA secured an ongoing contract with Essex County for architectural and engineering services.
